Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking a Global Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic initiatives across an AI-powered enterprise platform and business messaging ecosystem. This role involves leading partner enablement and co-marketing programs while collaborating cross-functionally to scale partner-led growth and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute global partner marketing strategy across Systems Integrators (SIs) and enterprise partners, execution-focused operator who can drive programs end-to-end
- Work at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and partner ecosystems
- Design and deliver co-marketing programs to drive pipeline and platform adoption
- Build and scale partner enablement initiatives, including training, messaging, and GTM toolkits
- Lead cross-functional program management, aligning stakeholders across marketing, partnerships, product, and sales
- Drive executive engagement initiatives with senior partner stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs to maximize partner impact and ROI
- Support expansion and growth of the partner ecosystem through strategic marketing programs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliances, or enterprise technology marketing
- Proven experience working with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, or enterprise technology partners
- Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing partner enablement programs and go-to-market strategies
- Experience within AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Familiarity with partner-led growth models and alliance programs
- Experience supporting global partner initiatives across multiple regions
- Hands-on experience with modern collaboration tools and AI productivity solutions
