BrothersTech is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional with 4–10 years of experience in the US market, preferably with prior experience working with Google accounts. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales cycles for technology solutions, and achieving revenue growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through strategic account farming
- Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for technology and digital transformation solutions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across client organizations
- Develop account growth strategies and revenue expansion plans
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to create compelling client proposals
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within the US staffing and recruitment market
- Prior experience working with Google, Google Cloud ecosystem, Google partners, or managing Google-related accounts is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in account farming, account expansion, and revenue growth
- Experience selling technology, IT services, cloud, digital, or business solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving customer success
- Experience in Cloud, AI, Data, Digital Transformation, or Managed Services sales
- Existing network within enterprise customers in North America
