Minitab helps organizations transform operational data into meaningful business outcomes, and they are seeking a Mid-Market Manager to work primarily with manufacturers on their digital transformation journey. The role involves managing mid-market accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage assigned mid-market accounts and territory
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewal revenue
- Build strong customer relationships measured by:
- Customer satisfaction
- Referenceability
- Growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model
- Travel 20–35% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K+
- Success in a fast-paced, competitive, consultative sales environment
- Experience selling to Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, or Directors/VPs of Operations
- Experience selling manufacturing, MES, PLM, quality management, industrial software, or related solutions
- Experience with Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, SPC, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate or Technical College degrees considered
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future
