iShift LLC is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial IT Staffing Sales / Business Development professional to help expand our client network and generate new business opportunities within the U.S. IT staffing market. The role offers flexibility and the potential to transition from a freelancer or part-time engagement into a long-term full-time opportunity based on performance and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing and recruitment
- Build relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, implementation partners, and direct clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams
- Negotiate staffing opportunities and service engagements
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Drive revenue growth and establish long-term client partnerships
Requirements:
- Driven and entrepreneurial IT Staffing Sales / Business Development professional
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing and recruitment

- Experience in IT Staffing Sales / Business Development preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. staffing and recruitment industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with MSP/VMS or direct client engagement is a plus
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities
