Corpay is a global technology organization that is leading the future of commercial payments. They are seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team focused on driving business growth and expanding relationships with mid-market companies that rely on workforce lodging solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Driving new business growth by developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with mid-market customers
- Meeting and exceeding market sales quotas, focusing on companies with 50-500 employees that require workforce lodging solutions
- Coaching and mentoring your team to effectively prospect, present, and close deals with mid-market businesses
- Tracking key sales activity metrics (KPIs) on a weekly basis, including pipeline management, prospecting effectiveness, closing rates, and customer onboarding
- Recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent, ensuring they are equipped to handle the nuances of mid-market sales cycles
- Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and field visits to provide hands-on coaching and strategic support
- Leveraging data and market insights to refine sales strategies, adjust outreach tactics, and optimize performance within the mid-market segment
- Building strong relationships with mid-sized business decision-makers and influencers to drive long-term customer success
- Representing Corpay Lodging at industry trade events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Managing sales team expenditures in alignment with budgetary requirements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional sales experience, preferably with mid-market customers
- Proven success in a consultative sales environment, selling B2B workforce solutions or travel-related services
- Experience leading sales teams focused on mid-market accounts (50-500 employees)
- Ability to coach and develop sales reps in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing mid-sized accounts
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions for mid-market businesses with unique lodging needs
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding quota in a competitive, target-driven environment
