QLM Search is partnering with an International Ingredients Group on a Senior Key Account Manager vacancy. The role involves developing and executing ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth, while building strong relationships with global key customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential
- Build strong relationships with Global key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction
- Manage individual sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business
- Collaborate with innovation/R&D/marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Nutrition / Ingredients
- Understanding of working and building relationships with complex nutrition/beverage businesses
- Ability to develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies
- Experience in analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Capability to build strong relationships with Global key customers and stakeholders
- Experience in managing individual sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments
- Experience in collaborating with innovation/R&D/marketing teams for effective marketing campaigns and product launches
