Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Bezos Academy is dedicated to providing quality early education in under-resourced communities. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead the financial operations of the organization, providing insights and support to various stakeholders while ensuring effective planning and analysis processes are in place.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the financial rhythms of the organization, including enterprise-wide annual and multi-year planning
• Evaluating and leading a team to provide trusted financial business partner perspectives to leaders across functions
• Creating tools and processes to support best decisions and encourage a stewardship mindset in pursuit of the organization’s mission
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to invent, simplify, and improve systems and processes to evolve and scale the organization
• Providing timely and relevant insights, analyzing data, driving reporting improvements, and interacting with various stakeholders
