Manage financial planning and analysis for internal Enterprise Risk organizations
Partner with leadership to assess financial implications of ongoing efforts
Develop materials that articulate business results to support partner objectives
Proactively identify and address financial issues and opportunities
Conduct accurate budgeting, forecasting, financial management reporting, and variance analysis
Build presentations with data-driven insights for senior audiences
Engage with business partners to analyze and manage cost drivers
Independently coordinate workstreams and deliverables under tight timelines
Identify and enable continuous improvements across the team
Indirectly manage and develop associates

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
At least 1 year of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance (preferred)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
At least 6 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function (preferred)
At least 1 year of direct or indirect people management experience (preferred)
