Interest Media, Inc is a performance marketing publisher focused on customer acquisition at scale. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for growing advertiser relationships in performance marketing and call transfer campaigns, primarily through new business development and outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new advertiser relationships across insurance, lead generation, and performance marketing verticals
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach through deal execution
- Identify advertisers already buying CPL, CPA, and call transfer traffic within our ecosystem
- Build and maintain a high-quality outbound pipeline using industry research, trade shows, competitive analysis, and CRM tools
- Present customer acquisition solutions tailored to advertiser ROI and scalability goals
- Collaborate closely with operations and media teams to scale successful campaigns
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows throughout the year
- Consistently exceed revenue and pipeline targets
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience selling performance marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or call transfer solutions
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPC, and pay-per-call business models
- Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and close new business independently
- Strong understanding of traffic quality, conversion optimization, and campaign scalability
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, highly performance-driven environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus)
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships
- Communicates information clearly and effectively to groups of varying sizes, tailoring messages to the audience and driving understanding and action
- Builds consensus and achieves favorable outcomes through preparation, active listening, influence, problem-solving, and relationship management
- Existing relationships within insurance, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or call center ecosystems strongly preferred
- Experience selling to advertisers, aggregators, media buyers, lead buyers, or call centers
