Support the Design Manager in creating marketing materials for the organizations current and prospective donor audiences.
Collaborate with the entire Development Marketing team, including writers, editors, and production stakeholders.
Design a variety of materials including email and web graphics, slide decks, infographics, event materials, and various print materials.
Support the Design Manager in asset management responsibilities for the organization's photo library, including organizing the digital library, sourcing photography and assets for designed materials, and collaborating across departments to generate new leads.
Actively participate in centering racial justice and equity in donor marketing materials, ensuring cultural competence in all content reflecting environmental justice priorities.
Option to create design projects from concept to execution adhering to the organizations brand and mission.
Participate in development opportunities, including a Capstone project, informational interviews with staff, and organization-wide training and discussions.
Requirements
Graphic Design coursework, work experience, extracurriculars, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
