CodeForce 360 is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in Staffing Sales. The role focuses on acquiring new clients in various staffing domains and requires a strong understanding of organizational procurement structures and the contingent workforce industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationship with key point of contacts who engage in contingent workforce hiring
- Attend contingent workforce industry conferences
- Create presentation decks and case studies explaining our business capabilities
- Speak at contingent workforce industry events
- Manage P&L for MSP accounts
- Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc
- Experience in completing RFI/RFP’s
- Understanding marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation
- Providing inputs for marketing collateral
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn sales navigator, Discoverorg, etc
- Manage onsite and offshore account managers for existing MSP accounts
- Hands on knowledge of using industry recognized CRM
- Requires up to 80% travel on short notice
