Lyra Health is a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving more than 20 million people globally. The Sr. Manager, Consumer Marketing will drive member growth and engagement, overseeing the entire member journey from acquisition to lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership: Lead and mentor the member marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and empathy
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic acquisition strategies to meet aggressive growth goals within the business line
- Lifecycle Management: Direct the member lifecycle team to optimize onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns, ensuring members find the right care at the right time
- Digital Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with external digital partners and platforms to expand Lyra’s reach and presence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Operations, Content, and Digital teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and the member experience
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing insights to refine channel mix, messaging, and budget allocation
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or B2B2C space
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and developing marketing teams
- Acquisition Expert: Deep expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, content marketing, and organic growth levers
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with monitoring marketing analytics and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience driving healthcare consumer acquisition via health plan and provider referral channels
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and marketing in a regulated environment
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
