Lead qualitative and quantitative research programs to understand operator needs, product-market fit, and willingness to pay across segments
Conduct in-depth customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources including battlecards and market positioning frameworks
Help define and execute the GTM strategy for Yelp Host growth, including expansion into new verticals
Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies that drive acquisition, MRR growth, and retention
Build and maintain sales enablement materials that empower inbound and outbound sales teams to close deals
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure major feature launches are supported with the right positioning, customer communications, and enablement materials
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Proven track record of conducting customer research (qualitative interviews, surveys, focus groups) and translating findings into actionable GTM strategy
Experience developing GTM strategies for new products or segments in a B2B SaaS context — including ICP definition, messaging development, and launch execution
Strong analytical mindset
AI-first working style
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Bonus: experience marketing AI products with voice or conversational interfaces, or comparable emerging-tech product marketing at an early-stage company or within a 0→1 product inside a larger one
