Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager who will be responsible for leading strategic product initiatives and shaping the long-term product vision. This role involves driving multi-team initiatives, aligning product delivery with business impact, and representing the product at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive strategy for a product group or portfolio with multiple dependencies
- Lead strategic planning and prioritization in partnership with senior product, engineering, and commercial leaders
- Guide the work of multiple product teams, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountability
- Deeply understand customer journeys and market dynamics to inform platform evolution
- Track and report business outcomes, adoption metrics, and financial performance
- Coach PMs across teams and help shape the organization's product management discipline
- Represent your product group in steering committees, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations
- Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across senior leadership
