21Tech, INC is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Executive – Asset Management Solutions to drive new business growth across public and private sector organizations. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level sales professional with a strong hunter mindset who will focus on creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development efforts by identifying and engaging prospective clients across target markets
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship development
- Research and identify organizations that would benefit from enterprise asset management solutions and related services
- Develop and execute territory and account penetration strategies to establish new client relationships
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business objectives
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Support early-stage sales activities including lead qualification and opportunity development
- Partner with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and identify emerging opportunities
- Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline activity and opportunity progression
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions
Requirements:
- 7–15+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology services sales
- Demonstrated success in new business development and opening new client relationships
- Experience navigating complex B2B sales environments with multiple stakeholders
- Background in solution-based or consultative selling
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and persistent approach
- Ability to initiate conversations and build relationships with new prospects
- Comfortable with outreach activities (calls, email, networking)
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate complex solutions
- Effective communication, presentation, and discovery skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience selling enterprise applications, SaaS, or technology-enabled services
- Understanding of enterprise asset management principles, including asset lifecycle, maintenance operations, and performance optimization, with exposure to platforms such as IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM, or Oracle eAM preferred
- Exposure to asset-intensive industries such as utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or public sector
- Experience selling into large, complex organizations
