Bidaya AI is focused on helping architecture, engineering, and construction firms win more work through AI. They are seeking a dedicated customer-facing hire to own customer success, guide firms through their initial bids, and drive product adoption in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Guide new firms from kickoff through their first won bid
• Drive adoption so proposal teams build Bidaya into their daily workflow
• Act as the trusted point of contact for training, questions, and escalations
• Bring your AEC experience to product decisions and proposal quality
• Turn what you hear from customers into clear priorities for the team
• Help us show up credibly in the AEC circles where our buyers gather
