Senior Project Manager - FIN – XSBU FIN EMEA E-Invoicing

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and orchestrate multiple concurrent e-invoicing projects across EMEA. This role requires strong leadership in managing dependencies, regulatory complexity, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent e-invoicing projects across countries
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, timelines, and cross-project dependencies
• Coordinate across ERP teams, finance stakeholders, and regional teams
• Own project governance, reporting, and executive communication
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and regulatory dependencies
• Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Manage change control processes and scope alignment across projects
• Track milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across ERP systems
• Drive stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and decision-making

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multi-project or program-level initiatives
• Strong experience in ERP environments and enterprise system integrations
• Demonstrated capability in dependency management and cross-team coordination
• Strong understanding of regulatory-driven IT initiatives
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country rollout programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities in high-complexity environments
• Deep knowledge of e-invoicing regulations and country-specific compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, and integrations
• Experience in tax, finance, or regulatory compliance-driven initiatives
• Familiarity with multi-ERP environments and integration landscapes
• Experience working within EMEA regional structures and regulatory frameworks
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management, leading complex, multi-stream initiatives
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
• Demonstrated experience in: Integrated planning and dependency management, Financial management (budgets, forecasting, cost tracking), Risk, issue, and compliance management, Executive-level reporting and governance forums
• Experience working within a structured PMO and governance framework
• Proven ability to operate in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments
• Certification preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
