Develop and maintain supply, inventory, and capacity plans based on demand forecasts.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor safety stock levels, capacity utilization, back orders, and supply performance.
Identify supply risks, bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation plans.
Support product launches, phase-ins, and phase-outs.
Maintain supply planning master data and ERP system accuracy.
Analyze KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvements.

2+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
Experience with SAP, JDE, or other ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, and supply chain processes.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
