You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with content creators across multiple social media platforms.
You'll work closely with our Influencer Marketing team to help drive brand awareness, secure partnerships, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
Research and identify influencers aligned with the Desky brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Conduct outreach and build relationships with creators through direct messages and email.
Craft personalised and engaging outreach messages that encourage positive responses and partnership opportunities.
Negotiate collaboration terms with creators while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the influencer and Desky.
Manage influencer databases and keep records updated and organised.
Coordinate product gifting and campaign logistics.
Track influencer communications and follow up where required.
Assist with contract administration and campaign documentation.
Monitor campaign performance and help compile reporting.
Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
Support the Influencer Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write persuasive, engaging, and emotionally compelling messages.
Strong negotiation skills and confidence communicating with creators and influencers.
Natural relationship-building abilities and a genuine interest in connecting with people.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating professionally via email, direct messages, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer culture.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong computer literacy and experience with Google Workspace
Previous experience in influencer marketing, or social media.
Hands-on experience using the IMPACT platform is highly desirable.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and customer communication tools, such as ReAmaze or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation best practices, and performance analytics.
