The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements to design solutions using the ServiceNow platform, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements effectively to design solutions using the ServiceNow platform
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct workshops and provide clear and concise reports
- Identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine business processes and ServiceNow configurations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide clear and concise reports
- Experience in business process modeling and improvement, ensuring that ServiceNow implementations align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
- English B2 or above is mandatory
- Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
- Excellent soft skills
