Collaborate with business areas to gather, analyze and document detailed requirements for ServiceNow projects;
Assess current business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities via ServiceNow;
Partner with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and follow best practices;
Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements;
Develop test plans, execute tests and validate ServiceNow functionality to ensure it meets business and technical objectives;
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective use of ServiceNow applications and features;
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, configuration changes and user guides;
Coordinate with project teams to ensure delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within established timelines;
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance ServiceNow capabilities and improve process efficiency;
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform;
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization will be considered an advantage;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment;
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project timelines;
Certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are a plus.
