About this role
Role Overview
- Finalize Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment in all group entities.
- Conduct training workshops and initial training for new joiners.
- Provide Level 2 support on ERP incidents.
- Write and update functional documentation on ERP.
- Perform settings in accordance with business requirements and group policies.
- Coordinate deployment and enhancement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in report development or similar role.
- Strong experience with reporting tools such as Actuate (preferred), Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
- Experience in financial services, banking systems, or FinTech is a strong advantage.
- Basic programming knowledge (Java or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
