US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm, and they are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to support key product launch moments. The role involves partnering closely with product, sales, and marketing to translate complex product features into compelling narratives and build marketing momentum around these narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Own product positioning & messaging
- Define and refine value propositions, messaging frameworks, and personas that clearly articulate why we win
- Own marketing messaging across sales and customer facing content, including product demos, events, website, email, and thought leadership
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy - Plan and execute product launches, feature releases, and major initiatives in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Understand the customer deeply Conduct market research and customer interviews to inform strategy
- Partner closely with Product Influence roadmap prioritization by bringing market and customer insights to the table
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong experience with positioning, messaging, and product launches
- Ability to translate technical or complex products into clear customer value
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Experience supporting Sales-led, Product-led, high-touch sales and enterprise buyers
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Expert in crafting compelling messaging and narratives
- Experience working with technical enterprise solutions
- Ability to influence without authority
- Build strong trust and partnership with cross functional stakeholders
- Someone who operates autonomously and navigates complex enterprise scale organization
