They are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and secondary search engines
- Develop and implement bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS and cost efficiency
- Monitor key KPIs and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
- Leverage Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings through dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic marketing decisions
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their paid media strategies align with business objectives
- Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes to proactively identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Some experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including basic campaign optimization
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and actionable strategies
- A team player who can support multiple projects and contribute to an inclusive, 'all-in' culture
- Clear and effective communicator across in-person, virtual, and written interactions
