Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and execution for a core product area (e.g., Care Platform, Efficiency, or Expansion)
- Translate business goals into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams
- Drive product development from concept through delivery using an agile, experiment-driven approach
- Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives
- Conduct user research and work closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Champion a user-centered approach to improve patient and clinician experience
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of product management experience at reputable tech companies or scale-ups
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions
- Proven experience owning product areas end-to-end
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Passion for mission-driven or healthcare-related work
