About this role
Role Overview
Deeply understand our users and the market
Understand the challenges of fraud prevention
Conduct competitive and technology watch and contribute to team-wide discussions
Own the Product Discovery phase
Identify high-impact projects to fight fraud across the entire customer lifecycle — from registration through account closure
Manage relationships with key partners such as banks and payment providers to uncover new opportunities
Contribute to product strategy and the product roadmap
Define the roadmap within your scope: frame projects, ensure timely delivery, measure outcomes and iterate
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (country teams, domain teams, IT, Customer Service, Compliance) to gather requirements and share project updates
Continuously improve rule sets and algorithms
Monitor key performance indicators on a daily basis
Perform functional analyses in the event of incidents
Use SQL to analyze and manipulate data
Requirements
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or Data, with at least 5 years of experience in IT project management
Autonomous and creative, able to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally
Methodical, with a strong ability to take a step back and anticipate future needs
Data-driven, fluent in SQL, and able to make numbers speak and measure impact
Knowledge of payments, fraud prevention or cybersecurity is a plus
Fluent in English
