Restoration 1 of Morris County LLC is a fast-growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and marketing-minded Remote Marketing & Lead Management Coordinator. The role focuses on generating leads, managing online presence, and supporting daily business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Google Business Profiles
- Post regularly to Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Upload project photos and before/after content
- Help generate and manage Google reviews and customer feedback
- Maintain local business listings and citations
- Track incoming leads and update CRM systems
- Follow up with unsold estimates and past customers
- Respond to Facebook and online inquiries
- Assist with lead tracking and reporting
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
- Organize digital files, photos, and project content
- Support management with administrative and marketing tasks
