About this role
Role Overview
Leads major trade shows and regional trade shows for assigned regions and business units.
Plans, manages, and executes major and regional trade shows.
Develops, manages, and oversees event project plan, budget, agenda, and timeline.
Provides on-site management for major trade shows, including set-up and tear-down.
Maintains strong relationships with major trade show associations to support industry presence.
Audits trade shows and event expenditures monthly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of three years’ Trade Show and Event planning experience
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
Excellent writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Competency in creating PowerPoint presentations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities, be detail oriented, and highly organized
Significant travel to major trade shows required, approximately 30%
