Sisu is a growing SaaS company focused on providing a platform for real estate teams. They are seeking a competitive and motivated Sales Development Representative to help grow their customer base by creating qualified sales conversations for Account Executives through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities:
- You will prospect into real estate teams that could be a strong fit for Sisu
- You will respond quickly to inbound leads and turn interest into qualified sales meetings
- You will work targeted outbound lists through phone, email, text, and personalized outreach
- You will qualify prospects based on team size, business goals, current systems, pain points, and buying intent
- You will schedule qualified demos for Account Executives and help create clean handoffs
- You will use our CRM and sales tools to track activity, update lead records, and keep follow-up organized
- You will collaborate with AEs to improve show rates, meeting quality, and conversion
- You will learn our market, our product, and the problems real estate teams are trying to solve

- SaaS, real estate, appointment setting, door-to-door, recruiting, customer service, or other sales experience is helpful, but not required if you have the right work ethic and attitude
