David Joseph & Company is representing Quander, a seed-stage company focused on building AI automation for enterprise operations. They are seeking a Founding GTM and Operations professional to manage the customer lifecycle, including outbound pipeline creation and operational systems, while working closely with the founding team.
Responsibilities:
- Inherit and manage existing customers immediately — learn workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and protect retention revenue
- Build outbound motion from zero using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sequencing tools
- Close net-new logos from first outreach through signed contract — deal cycles ranging from 1 week to 2 months
- Design GTM systems, process documentation, and operational playbooks
- Work directly with founders on customer calls, debugging issues, and product feedback
- Build future AE, AM, and customer-facing teams
- Help define whether scale comes through sales leadership, customer success, or ops
