VAPAR is growing in the UK, and they are seeking a Key Account Manager to help strengthen and expand their client base in the wastewater sector. This senior, customer-facing role involves building trusted relationships and driving customer success, adoption, and account health across existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Building and expanding relationships with UK water sector clients
- Driving customer success, adoption and account health across existing accounts
- Identifying and shaping expansion opportunities within current relationships
- Managing pilot and trial delivery with clear objectives and success criteria
- Supporting technical integration projects and client communications
- Leading account planning, governance, stakeholder mapping and reporting
- Feeding UK market insight, client feedback and product requirements into our technical teams
