Role Overview
- Manage daily client service needs for a designated book of business
- Partner with Producers and Account Executives to support renewal strategy
- Manage renewals end to end, including submission development and proposals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client service requests
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the system of record
Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment
- Hold Insurance licenses as required by the Company
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty business
- Ability to follow process and procedures guidance
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to display tact and poise under pressure when working through issues
