KLA is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, focusing on wafer processing solutions. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, enhance candidate experience, and implement strategic hiring initiatives to meet the company's talent needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate management and offer negotiation; Understand various selection methods and techniques. This includes hiring for individual contributors and management-level positions. Implement recruiting strategies, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for various roles
- Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit, ensuring a high standard of hiring
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand business needs. Collaborate effectively with recruiting team members and HRBPs to provide strategic recruitment guidance
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Execute programs to meet immediate hiring needs while building future talent pools. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Promote our employer brand by highlighting our company culture, values, and career opportunities
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Manage projects within the talent acquisition and HR domains, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, and Business Units
