Responsibilities:
- Develop technical whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs that explain complex products to diverse audiences
- Create product documentation, API guides, and technical specifications for marketing use
- Produce technical blog posts, tutorials, and educational content that demonstrates product capabilities
- Script and storyboard technical demo videos, webinars, and product walkthroughs
- Execute technical aspects of product launches including documentation, demo environments, and sales training materials
- Develop competitive positioning matrices and technical comparison guides
- Create technical FAQs, implementation guides, and integration documentation
- Support go-to-market planning with technical insights and market analysis
- Implement tracking, analytics, and technical infrastructure for marketing campaigns
- Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring rules, and integration points
- Create technical assets for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns targeting technical buyers
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide technical recommendations for optimization
- Develop technical battle cards, ROI calculators, and configuration tools for sales teams
- Create interactive product demos and proof-of-concept frameworks
- Train sales teams on technical differentiators and competitive positioning
- Build technical qualification frameworks and discovery questionnaires
Requirements:
- 3+ years in technical marketing, developer relations, solutions engineering, or product marketing roles
- Hands-on experience with at least two: API documentation, technical writing, demo environment setup, marketing automation systems, or analytics implementation
- Understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud architectures, and development methodologies
- Portfolio of technical marketing assets you've created (case studies, whitepapers, demos, documentation)
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
- Understanding of funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and lead scoring
- Ability to create content for different stages of the buyer journey
- Proven ability to deliver complete projects on tight timelines
- Experience working in fluid, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Strong client management and expectation-setting skills
