Elios is a company focused on federal healthcare modernization, and they are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to help transition a major program to the cloud. The role involves leading process analyses, driving change management, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead current-state, gap, and benchmarking analyses across complex enterprise processes, then design the future state with adoption in mind
- Develop business processes, policies, roles, performance metrics, and the artifacts (specs, user stories, use cases, process flows) that make them real
- Drive change management and transition planning across teams that span engineering, operations, and program management
- Apply Agile and SAFe to align strategy, manage portfolios, and improve delivery across multiple teams
- Translate technical detail into business language for non-technical stakeholders, and the other way around
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with client leadership and operating entities
- Provide oversight on quality, compliance, and the governance side of program delivery
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's bench
Requirements:
- 10 to 20+ years of business process analysis experience, with a track record of leading complex enterprise programs to delivery
- Bachelor's in engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline (Master's accepted in lieu of years)
- Proven knowledge of Agile and SAFe, applied at portfolio scale
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Functional specs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams (UML, BPMN)
- Documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence) and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL, plus practical use of Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for analysis
- Strong facilitation, written, and presentation skills with experience running workshops for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts
- Comfortable interpreting policies, regulations, and agency guidelines and translating compliance into practical process design
- US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, CSM, or SAFe SSM
