Alliance Entertainment is looking for a driven, early-career Music & Collectibles Sales Representative to join their Business Development Sales Team. The role focuses on generating new B2B accounts, qualifying leads, and supporting account development in the music, movies, and collectibles sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B accounts + pipeline (using websites, HubSpot CRM, referrals & outreach)
- Qualify leads and move them into revenue-producing customers
- Grow & support larger account development and category expansion (music, movies, toys, collectibles and accessories.)
- Prospect new customers (retailers, ecommerce, specialty buyers)
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, trade shows, referrals
- Research accounts and identify buying opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads using HubSpot CRM and vendor referrals
- Identify “right fit” accounts before handing off or developing further
- Set up phone meetings, pitches, and product introductions
- Promote full product catalog (music, movies, collectibles, toys, CE)
- Use CRM (HubSpot) to track activity
- Build relationships with early-stage customers
- Grow accounts into higher-volume buyers over time
- Gain exposure to wholesale distribution, business operations, and product trends
- Work with internal teams (marketing, purchasing, operations) to keep things moving
- Be a part of the Business Development team sharing ideas and insight into the evolving world of sales in all entertainment product categories of business
Requirements:
- Passion for music, movies, pop culture, toys/collectibles, and accessories
- Ability to generate new B2B accounts and pipeline
- Experience with lead generation and outreach
- Ability to qualify leads and move them into revenue-producing customers
- Experience in prospecting new customers (retailers, ecommerce, specialty buyers)
- Ability to conduct outreach via email, phone, trade shows, and referrals
