Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or global workforce solutions—bringing a strong understanding of how to generate and qualify opportunities.
Fluent Spanish speaker with strong English skills, confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders across regions.
A natural communicator, able to build rapport quickly, deliver compelling messages, and engage decision-makers with confidence.
Driven, curious, and resilient, with a genuine hunger to hit—and exceed—targets.
Highly organised and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple conversations and opportunities at once in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement tools to stay efficient and data-driven.
