MOHR Talent is partnering with a long-standing SaaS ERP company to hire a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and sell consultative software solutions into manufacturing and industrial companies. The role involves generating new business through various channels, managing the full sales cycle, and presenting SaaS ERP solutions to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Identify and qualify companies that need better software for operations, finance, production, or business management
- Run consultative discovery calls to understand pain points, current systems, workflow issues, and business goals
- Present SaaS ERP solutions to owners, executives, operations leaders, finance teams, and technical stakeholders
- Deliver demos, proposals, ROI conversations, and value-based sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deal terms
- Track activity, pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up in a CRM
- Partner with internal technical and implementation teams for a smooth client handoff
- Travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling ERP, MES, CRM, manufacturing software, or other business technology strongly preferred
- Proven hunter mentality with strong prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and closing skills
- Comfortable selling to business owners, executives, finance leaders, operations teams, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to sell value, ROI, and business outcomes—not just features
- Strong presentation and discovery skills over phone, video, and in person
- CRM discipline and strong pipeline management
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operations-heavy companies is a plus
