Àbíké Assist is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth across our business support services. This opportunity is ideal for confident sales professionals who excel at building relationships, closing deals, and working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch and sell our services, including recruitment, social media management, web design, and other business support solutions to SMEs, startups, and established organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Conduct virtual sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and outreach efforts
- Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience, preferably in recruitment, consulting, or business services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage time effectively
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to contribute ideas that improve sales messaging and client engagement
