F-Trend is a global fashion trend forecasting company that leverages predictive AI. They are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, pitch forecasting reports, and build relationships with clients in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients, including fashion brands, multi-brand retailers, e-commerce platforms, and apparel manufacturers
- Sales Pitching: Present F-Trend’s suite of services (Trend Reports, AI Analytics, Custom Research) through professional presentations and live platform demos
- Consultative Selling: Understand the specific pain points of designers, merchandisers, and marketing heads to recommend tailored forecasting solutions
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach (cold calling/emailing) to negotiation and closing deals
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and exploring opportunities for service expansion
- Market Networking: Represent F-Trend at fashion trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to build a robust professional network
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide weekly updates on sales targets and market feedback to the leadership team
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relations (preferably within the fashion, textile, media, or SaaS industries)
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- A strong interest in fashion trends and an understanding of how the retail ecosystem works (design, buying, and merchandising)
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex data insights into compelling sales narratives
- High energy, resilience, and a 'hunter' mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and navigating corporate hierarchies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel)
- Experience with CRM tools
