About this role
Role Overview
Own assigned product lines with clear accountability for new and renewal revenue
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities end-to-end
Develop and maintain deep expertise on assigned products, solutions, and target markets
Clearly articulate value propositions and address technical objections
Provide regular, accurate pipeline, forecast, and KPI updates
Collaborate closely with field sales, account managers, and channel partners
Actively contribute to internal enablement
Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with current and prospective customers
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Lead customer-facing solution presentations, demos, PoCs, evaluations, and trainings
Capture and relay structured customer feedback to Product Management and Marketing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, engineering, business, or related field
Significant experience in Business Development, technical sales, or consulting for engineering or technology-driven solutions
Strong foundation in engineering simulation, modeling, and system-level thinking
Demonstrated understanding of applied Machine Learning, statistics, or data-driven techniques within an engineering or industrial context
Experience working in engineering software or advanced technology environments
Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving orientation
Familiarity with enterprise software offerings, commercial models, and pricing practices.
Willingness and ability to travel and operate in a regional and global context
