Project / Operations Manager / Business Development Management (m/f/d) for digital wellness app (iOS)

Lemio is focused on combating smartphone addiction through an innovative digital wellness app. The Project / Operations Manager will work closely with the founders to automate processes and develop market strategies, aiming for impactful results in mental health and lifestyle improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments
• Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results
• Overall, building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month

• are passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing
• have at least 2 years of work experience
