About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and service relationships with existing clients
Support Business Development Managers in acquiring and developing relationships with new prospects
Assist with day-to-day business development activities including event execution and CRM maintenance
Manage timely responses to client communications
Participate in project initiatives to enhance client experience
Requirements
A client-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, responsive, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
Self-sufficient in daily tasks while collaborating effectively with the wider team
Awareness of compliance responsibilities and professional standards
Proficient in standard MS Office applications
Prior experience working with financial advisers and MPS clients
Investment qualifications and at least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing, investment-related role
