Rockstar HR is partnering with a fast-growing franchise marketing agency to find a hands-on, strategic Director of Paid Search. The role involves leading a high-performing paid media team, overseeing paid search strategies, and managing local franchisee marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Paid Search Specialists
- Oversee paid search strategy across franchise and multi-location brands
- Manage high-volume local franchisee marketing campaigns at scale
- Stay hands-on across Google Ads, YouTube, Performance Max, and local campaigns
- Build scalable systems, workflows, and quality control processes
- Serve as the escalation point for campaign performance and client strategy
- Partner cross-functionally to improve franchisee adoption and campaign execution
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Paid Search experience in an agency or multi-location environment
- Leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max
- Highly organized, operationally minded, and detail-oriented
- Someone who can lead strategically while still rolling up their sleeves when needed
- Experience supporting franchise or multi-location marketing campaigns
