Leads cross-functional teams to deliver intended results and develops close working relationships with cross-functional partners.
Provides subject matter expertise on project and change management efforts.
Provides input and requirements and creates other necessary documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of experience in IT, Business Process Management, Business Continuous Improvement, or related field.
Deep knowledge of marketing technologies for both B2B and B2C marketing.
Knowledge of call center sales processes or similar customer interaction channels preferred.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills in driving and successfully delivering initiatives and engagement with stakeholders.
Experience in making recommendations and decisions based on quantitative analysis.
Proven success in collaborating and influencing multiple functions and groups to achieve desired sales/financial goals.
Strong business acumen and analytic skills with an understanding of insurance financials.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
Strong time management, planning and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel
not to exceed 10% of the time.
Preferred: Possess and maintain Life & Health Insurance Licenses (or obtain within 90 days from start date).
