Summer Internship: Executive Marketing – Corporate Strategy & Development (Paid)

LindFast Solutions Group is a private equity–backed portfolio company serving the fastener and industrial supply chain. They are seeking a Summer Intern for Executive Marketing, Corporate Strategy & Development to support executive leadership on strategic marketing projects, conduct market analyses, and assist with corporate development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support executive leadership on strategic marketing and corporate development projects
• Develop financial analyses and provide analytical support to inform strategic decision-making
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research using internal and external data sources to support organic and inorganic growth initiatives
• Perform marketing analysis across vertical markets and product categories
• Assist with initiatives related to:
• Marketing strategy and digital presence
• Supply chain and distribution insights
• Value‑Added Solutions (VAS) offerings
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Value Add Solutions, and executive leadership
• Develop clear, data‑driven presentations and insights for executive review

Requirements:

• Completion of an undergraduate degree with current enrollment in a Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA) or similar program
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Digital marketing experience (social media, website content, marketing analytics)
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and performance metrics
• Graphic design experience is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
