Helax Capital Markets is seeking a Vice President of Customer Revenue Management to lead enterprise strategies focused on customer monetization and revenue optimization. This role is critical in aligning customer engagement initiatives with financial performance objectives while driving sustainable revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead enterprise customer revenue management strategies aligned with growth and profitability objectives
- Oversee initiatives involving pricing strategy, customer segmentation, retention optimization, and revenue lifecycle management
- Drive customer monetization programs across acquisition, renewal, upsell, cross-sell, and loyalty initiatives
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, customer success, product, and analytics teams to align revenue and customer strategies
- Establish KPIs related to customer lifetime value (CLV), net revenue retention (NRR), churn reduction, ARPU, and profitability performance
- Lead forecasting, revenue modeling, customer analytics, and commercial performance optimization initiatives
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and engagement data to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Oversee pricing governance, promotional effectiveness, and commercial optimization frameworks
- Support implementation of CRM systems, revenue intelligence tools, and customer analytics platforms
- Drive operational improvements related to billing, subscription management, contract optimization, and customer profitability analysis
- Build and lead high-performing customer revenue strategy, analytics, and commercial operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in revenue management, customer strategy, commercial operations, pricing, finance, or customer success leadership
- Strong expertise in customer monetization, revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management
- Experience leading enterprise-scale commercial performance and customer analytics initiatives
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, subscription economics, forecasting, and revenue analytics platforms
- Excellent leadership, analytical, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
