Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the team tasked with providing the services described above within IAM
Projects
Assist in defining the IAM Projects requirements for Process, Workflow and Report Definitions.
Assist in development of documentation, subject training, and other knowledge material on
Entitlement Management processes.
Join virtual interviews to support a smooth identity verification experience, observing a mobile ID
scan and confirming the result through the orchestration hub.
Based on verification status and established guidelines and controls, take appropriate action to
adjudicate and proceed / end the interview
