The role involves actively listening to patients, helping them navigate the billing process, and providing excellent customer service during challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in healthcare billing and finance
• Understanding of HIPAA
• Ability to learn new software quickly
