About this role
Role Overview
Customer Management
Follows up on on-time resolution of Claims, within the agreed time frame of the procedure.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts with open and interactive communication.
Make it easy and pleasant to do business with VCP.
Main channel of communication with customers to update order status like
Checking and changing delivery dates with customer
Order Management
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Checking order credit status and follow up with credit department keeping Account Managers informed.
Administration & Accurate Record Keeping:
Keep records of interactions with customers.
CRM master data maintenance (changing names, delivery addresses, COA addresses, etc).
Sending COA, technical data sheets and other supporting documents
Team Player
Keep clear and good collaboration between functions (Sales, GRSC, Credit Control)
Requirements
A college degree is required with a preference for a focus on logistics or business.
3 years of working experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
English (fluent)
